DescriptionWe are seeking individuals with a leadership mindset in Data Analytics and IT Service Solution sales, focusing specifically on consultative sales experience rather than IT product sales, networking, or infrastructure. The role requires a strong ability to build senior-level relationships across various stakeholders and understand their needs while enhancing client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within the sales function, including Sales Directors, Modern Trade Heads, and Channel Directors.Develop a comprehensive business plan that includes financial targets, proposal submissions, and revenue tracking.Manage the sales cycle by expanding business with existing clients and proactively identifying sales opportunities.Collaborate continuously with sales leadership, Delivery COE teams, and Growth leaders to ensure effective lead management and information sharing.Present case studies and client testimonials at industry events, demonstrating depth of knowledge in how industry trends affect business needs.Drive team performance to meet sales targets, ensuring visibility of opportunities and risks.Negotiate effectively with senior clients, linking the value of company offerings with pricing.Take accountability for overall business planning and implementation.Technology StackMicrosoftGo, PowerBI, AWS, Snowflake, GCP, and CHick.Personal AttributesStrong networking skills with G-Suite clients, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities.Attention to detail while managing independent projects within global cross-functional teams.Proven negotiation skills, maintaining accountability and a focus on measurable business outcomes for clients.RequirementsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong client-facing and communication/presentation skills.Proficient in consultative selling and building impactful case studies.Comfortable speaking at external forums.Strong collaboration and networking abilities.Employment Type: Full-Time
