Senior Sales Manager

Title: Senior Sales Manager - Toshiba & TargetLocation: Edina, MNDuties & Responsibilities:Complete ownership of all aspects of the Toshiba TV business.Develop short term and long-term strategy to achieve key KPI's for Toshiba TV business including, distribution, pricing, promotions, and P&L.Cultivate strong relationships with key customers by understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets. Monitor sales metrics, analyze data trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Stay current with TV category market share, trend analysis, and promotional roadmap recommendations; Understand competitive landscape and develop strategy to win.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, supply-chain, business planning and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectivesQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred3+ years of professional experience; experience in consumer electronics product marketing and sales.Experience with inventory forecasting and sales management leveraging: trends, industry dynamics, competitive analysis, company targets/goals, etc.Skilled in account management and negotiation to ensure maximum sales within specific accounts while minimizing channel conflict across all retailers.Experience in financial modeling to ensure sales targets are hit while inventory and sales deduction targets are also kept inline.Skilled in developing and communicating executive level presentations.Knowledge of TV industry trends, competitors, product knowledge, etc.Ability to access inventory and forecast each specific model to hit management plan and market share targets.Knowledgeable with retail channel dynamics (mass / specialty / club / regional / e-commerce) and strategies for managing eachExperience in consumer insights / preferences, and how they translate to product and promotional opportunities.Proven relationship-building skills with developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within teams, business units inside and outside the companyPassion for driving growth through innovative product management and GTM strategies, and for solving complex problemsExceptional team leader and communicator.MS OfficeHisense USA is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
