Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeProvides direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activitiesDocuments patient care provided.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and familyAssists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstanceAdvocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patientParticipate in performance improvement and continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.Maintains regular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties as assigned.Why Join Us:We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
