Subcontract Administrator

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education. Experience administering subcontracts, purchase orders, supplier agreements, or procurement activities in a commercial, aerospace, defense, or government contracting environment. Experience developing statements of work (SOWs), reviewing supplier proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. Experience managing supplier performance, contract execution, and issue resolution throughout the procurement lifecycle. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing procurement support for F-35 Sustainment. Implementing and managing both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) sustainment contracts. Developing subcontract specifications and statements of work. Negotiating and enforcing terms and conditions. Preparing bid packages and administering repair and return contracts.
