Teams work closely across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Operations to deliver solutions that have real business impact.Role Summary As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a finance focused product portfolio end to end, from problem discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and post deployment validation. This is a high autonomy role where you will lead product direction, make decisions, and drive execution across multiple organizations without day to day oversight. The role is critical to ensuring products align with order to cash processes, financial controls, and evolving business needs.You will manage complex backlogs, lead Agile execution, partner deeply with Accounting and Finance stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions that balance technical capability with business outcomes. This role is hands on, outcome driven, and requires strong leadership presence.Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization, epics, and detailed user stories • Lead Agile ceremonies such as standups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning to ensure delivery stays on track • Define acceptance criteria and partner on user acceptance testing to validate solutions • Lead product and stakeholder meetings, driving discussion, decisions, and alignment • Partner closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure solutions align with order to cash processes and financial controls • Work cross functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to gather requirements and drive clarity • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies while holding teams accountable to commitments • Support and provide direction to a junior Product Manager, stepping in to lead as neededKey Requirements • 5 or more years of end to end Product Management experience with full product ownership • Strong understanding of order to cash processes and financial or accounting concepts • Experience managing complex, business critical product backlogs • Proven ability to operate across multiple stakeholder groups and business units • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead meetings and drive outcomes • Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to deliver practical, effective solutionsCall to Action If you are a senior level Product Manager who thrives in high ownership environments and enjoys working at the intersection of technology and finance, we would love to hear from you.
