The HT Group has a healthcare client in Austin, TX looking for an experienced, detail-oriented HR Generalist (Temporary) who is highly organized and adaptable to support day-to-day HR operations, full-cycle recruiting, and administrative functions during a critical leave coverage period. This role will focus heavily on HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment coordination while partnering closely with hiring managers and supporting a busy clinical environment. Contract Length: Mid-May through September Schedule: Fully onsite (with potential occasional travel to other local offices) | 30–40 hours/week Pay: $30-$35/hr depending on expierence Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for ~3 hires/month, including posting jobs, coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates as needed, and generating offer lettersSupport onboarding processes, including new hire setup, orientation coordination, and 30-day check-insMaintain and audit employee files, ensuring compliance with federal/state guidelines and handling sensitive information with discretionProcess employee changes (raises, updates, etc.) in Paycom and manage employment verificationsAdminister offboarding processes including resignation documentation, exit notifications, and system updatesManage the HR phone line, directing calls and answering basic employee inquiriesCreate and distribute monthly communications including job openings and employee newsletters (birthdays, anniversaries, kudos)Coordinate service awards and employee milestone recognitionAssist with benefits administration, enrollment tracking, and discrepancy resolutionSupport HR compliance reporting (EEO-1) and general administrative projectsHandle leave administration processes (including FMLA, managed manually)Requirements:3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or professional office environmentExperience with full-cycle recruiting and HR administrationProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level; testing required)Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationExcellent communication skills and ability to support employees and managers effectivelyAbility to work independently and collaborate with partially remote team membersComfortable in a fully onsite role with occasional travel to other offices if neededAll qualified applicants may apply below or send an email to tatum.teer@theHTgroup.com #HPIND
