Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is between $40.00 and $42.00.
Role Overview
You will serve as a key assistant to the New Source Introduction (NSI) Portfolio Manager, helping to drive the success of our portfolio initiatives.
Primary Duties
Monitor and track the progress of NSI projects.
Maintain and archive all necessary NSI DR/PR and GW review documentation.
Prepare materials and documentation for upcoming NSI Portfolio Reviews.
Utilize Excel and PowerBI to extract and analyze critical project data.
Present detailed findings and reports to clients to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
Coordinate and lead project meetings with various internal and external business partners.
Evaluate market demand, resource requirements, and technology to determine project feasibility and strategic planning.
Collaborate daily with the NSI Portfolio Manager, NSI Leads, Strategy Leads, Engineers, and the Project Management Office to support operational goals.
Report directly to the NSI Portfolio Manager regarding all assigned tasks and project work.
Required Qualifications
Possess at least 5 years of experience in program or project management within a technical environment.
Hold a 4-year degree in a STEM-related field.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Apply effective problem-solving techniques to overcome project hurdles.
Maintain high levels of interpersonal skill and meticulous attention to detail.
Core Competencies
Understand production workflows, quality assurance, and cost-management techniques to optimize manufacturing and distribution.
Apply fundamental business and management principles to strategic resource allocation and production planning.
Demonstrate proficiency in software tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Prior experience with engine technology is highly desirable.
Exhibit the ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
Pay Transparency and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $40.00 to $42.00 per hour. Non-exempt staff receive overtime pay at 1.5 times the base rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, in accordance with applicable laws. Final compensation is based on individual skills, education, and experience.
