Bulk Regional Sales Manager - Home office Burlington, WI

Regional Bulk Sales ManagerCandidate will home office, out of the Burlington, WI or Chicago IL area.Job Responsibilities:Lead a team of sales representatives in the following states Wisconsin, Illinois & IndianaCollaborate with business development, marketing and geographic sales teams to identify prospects for sales of company's onsite plant & pipeline offerings and package gas offeringsQualify prospects based on preliminary assessment of financial viability, technical solutions, competitive landscape, etc.Collaborate with internal resources to develop Capex and Opex budgets; author technical and commercial proposals that conform with specifications, scope of supply, and project execution requirements provided by the customerAchieve objectives for sales and gross profit for air separation and carbon dioxide plants in the geographic area of responsibility.Maintain up-to-date information in the Matheson Sales Model systemPrepare and submit accurate and timely reportsEffectively manage travel expenses and meet individualized training requirementsComply with company policies in safety, quality, general, administrative, etc.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Lead team to zero accident performanceMeet or exceed new business growth targetsManage relationships and profitability at existing accountsManage pricing and contract administrationSupport collection effortsCross Selling activitiesInterface & coordinate external customers with internal functional groups during installation, modification, service, and removal phase of projectsProvide expert input to business development and marketing plansRequired Skills:Proficient in CRM applicationsProficient in Microsoft office suitePossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsGeneral Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline; may consider substitute experience in a related technical field for humanities or liberal arts majorsMinimum 5 years of B2B experience selling technical solutions to industrial clientsMust have a track record of successfully closing complex sales involving negotiation of long-term supply agreementsTravel: 50%Nippon Sanso Matheson is an Equal Opportunity Employer that complies with the laws and regulations set forth under EEOC.
