In industries where risk mitigation and user experience matter most, our platform gives our partners a faster, safer and more intuitive way to pay.Aeropay is redefining what it means to pay—and get paid—by bank.Position OverviewIn this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing on product strategy for key merchant-facing experiences across the Aeropay platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver impactful features and workflows that improve ease of use, drive adoption and create more value for our merchants, partners and end users.This role will play an important part in shaping the future of the merchant experience at Aeropay, with a strong focus on usability, workflow optimization and emerging analytics capabilities. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue and Business Operations to ship high-quality solutions that support growth and scale across the Aeropay ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Roadmapping:Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and evolving merchant needsPrioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact and technical feasibilityHelp shape the future of merchant-facing workflows and analytics-related product experiencesCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue and Business Operations throughout the product lifecycleEnsure stakeholders are aligned and informed on product decisions and timelinesRequirements & ExecutionTranslate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user storiesLead sprint planning, backlog grooming and other agile ceremonies as neededCustomer & Market InsightGather and analyze customer feedback to validate problems and inform solutionsConduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovationPerformance & IterationTrack key metrics to evaluate product success and areas for improvementIterate on existing features to drive adoption, engagement and valueQualifications5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B, merchant-facing or customer experience-focused product environmentExperience with API-based or platform products Strong technical fluency — you’re comfortable discussing architecture and tradeoffs with engineersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA problem-solver mindset with a bias toward actionExperience working in agile teams and with tools like Jira, Figma or similarComfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguityPassion for building great products and improving customer outcomesCompensation & BenefitsThis role is expected to be in office at Aeropay’s downtown Chicago HQ weekly from Monday through ThursdaySalary Range: $100K - $130K base salary (DOE)Benefits Offered:Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision CoverageMaternity/Paternity Leave401(k) Employer MatchFlexible PTONOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
