Facility is seeking a BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our dedicated and dynamic team.Schedule - 1.0 FTE includes:- 12 clinic days per month- 5 ICU shifts per month- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient- Clinic work scheduled during the day shift- Flexible Scheduling: Promotes work-life balance- Position will split time between clinic and ICU- Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of pulmonary and critical care conditions- Compensation:- Day Shift: $275/hour (includes clinic work)- Night Shift: $290/hour- Quality Incentive: $25,000 annually- Required: CA license
