If you have experience in a high‑volume kitchen and a passion for producing quality dishes with consistency and care, we’d love to meet you.You’ll work across multiple stations to support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service while helping us deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role collaborates directly with our Executive Chef and culinary leadership team.Responsibilities & DutiesPrepare and cook menu items across assigned stations with consistency and accuracyWork in a fast‑paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality standardsOperate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, braising pans, and moreFollow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standardsMaintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety proceduresAssist with prep work, including soups, sauces, entrées, and vegetablesRestock and prepare stations for upcoming shiftsClean and sanitize workstations, tools, knives, and equipmentSupport smooth kitchen operations and take initiative when leadership is absentQualificationsExperience:1–5 years of experience in a similar culinary roleStrong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipmentAbility to work efficiently without sacrificing qualityKnowledge of food safety standards and proper cooking temperaturesHigh school diploma or culinary training preferredAbility to work weekends & holidaysTraits:Proven ability to communicate clearly and work well with a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to consistencyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environmentSomeone who enjoys contributing to a positive kitchen culturePassion for hospitality, organization, and delivering great foodCompensation$19 - $23/hour - based on work experienceEmployee BenefitsPaid Time Off401K & Employer MatchHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceHealth Savings AccountLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceEmployee Discounts
