With a broad product portfolio, deep technical expertise, and a strong commitment to sustainability, the company plays an essential role in packaging, printing, consumer goods, automotive, electronics, and many other sectors.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Flexographic Ink Customer Technician are:Provide on-site technical support at customer printing facilities, supporting flexographic presses across narrow, mid-web, and wide-web applications.Assist customers with ink formulation adjustments, color matching, and press-side optimization to meet print quality and performance requirements.Troubleshoot printing issues related to color consistency, adhesion, viscosity, drying, dot gain, and press setup.Conduct press trials, product qualifications, and new ink introductions in collaboration with internal technical and sales teams.Maintain accurate documentation of customer formulations, trials, corrective actions, and technical recommendations.Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve ink performance, reduce waste, and enhance press efficiency.Train customer operators and supervisors on ink handling, color control, and best-practice procedures.Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal departments including manufacturing, R&D, quality, and sales.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards when handling inks and chemicals.Travel to customer sites as required within an assigned territory.If interested, please apply using the link below.
