We would love to have you as part of our team.About The RoleWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility that produces paper trays. This position plays an important role in supporting our team by ensuring common areas and workspaces remain sanitary and welcoming. Responsibilities: other duties may be assigned as needed Clean and sanitize restrooms daily. Maintain cleanliness in conference/training rooms, lobby, offices, and break rooms. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility. Empty trash and recycling containers. Restock paper products and cleaning supplies. Clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines. Follow all safety and compliance regulations, including GMPs, OSHA, HACCP, the Global Food Safety Initiative, SQF policies, HSE, and company sanitation guidelines. Knowledgeable about OSHA and environmental regulations, or willing to learn. Report maintenance concerns promptly. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work independently and stay on task. Ability to move freely around the facility, stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout shift Ability to work in a team, collaborative environment. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Willing to work overtime as needed. Must have a clean background. Education And Experience High school diploma or GED required.
