Unlike software tools or generic productivity courses, The Esquire Method is a comprehensive framework designed specifically for licensed legal professionals.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a US-licensed attorney to join us as Senior Legal Content & Instruction Attorney — drafting our educational content across formats and delivering live and recorded instruction to enrolled attorneys.What you'll doDraft written educational content for US attorneys — workflow guides, toolkits, practice-area materials, written courses, reference documents, and other instructional formats.Write scripts for video courses, recorded modules, webinars, and other instructional video assets.Deliver online instruction — live cohort sessions, webinars, Q&A, office hours — and record studio-quality video content.Maintain consistency with the Method's mandatory content architecture (including our 6-layer workflow structure) across every drafted output.Apply ABA Model Rules (1.1, 1.6, 5.1, 5.3, 8.4) and ABA Formal Opinion 512 (2023) accurately throughout all content and instruction.Submit drafts to the Founder for Green Light before content advances to independent legal review.The product slate evolves. Specific deliverables will shift over time across written and video formats — the consistent thread is helping practicing US attorneys apply AI in their work safely and defensibly.Who we're looking forThis is a narrow role. We are not looking for AI-curious attorneys, generalist legal writers, or thought leaders building a personal brand.Active US bar license + 3+ years of legal practice.Substantial, hands-on use of AI in your legal practice. You operate AI tools daily in real client work, with real guardrails. You believe in attorney-supervised AI as a defensible methodology — not a novelty. Casual users will not be considered.Demonstrated online instruction capability — both live and recorded. You are camera-ready, professionally paced, and comfortable teaching peers.Strong legal writing in a structured, attorney-to-attorney voice is a must.Working command of Professional Responsibility doctrine and current ABA AI guidance.Practice-area depth in immigration, litigation, family law, or commercial law is preferred.Available to lead occasional live cohort sessions at times that work for US-based attendees.EngagementIndependent contractor. Compensation set per deliverable or hourly — finalized at engagement.Compensation: $40/hour, or equivalent flat rate per deliverable.Time commitment: 10–25 hours per week, varying with project flow. (Not a Full Time Role)Begins with a paid sample assignment before extended scope.Work-for-Hire under signed agreement. NDA required.
