Collaborate on cross-practice matters involving regulatory, tax, and real estate elements. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active bar admission (NY preferred). 3–7+ years of corporate transactional or funds experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
