Corporate Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support litigation matters and legal operations for a team based in Rockville, Maryland. By sending an updated resume to Fana Belcher at [fana.belcher][at]roberthalf[dot][com].Responsibilities:• Organize and maintain legal files, pleadings, correspondence, and evidence to ensure accurate and accessible case records.• Support attorneys throughout civil litigation by preparing filings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating materials for hearings and court submissions.• Manage discovery workflows, including collecting documents, reviewing records, and assisting with the preparation of responses and production sets.• Help assemble trial materials by creating exhibit binders, preparing witness files, and ensuring key documents are ready for proceedings.• Update and monitor case management software to keep matter information, schedules, and documentation current.• Communicate with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and vendors to facilitate the timely movement of litigation-related tasks.• Review legal documents for completeness, consistency, and compliance with procedural requirements before submission.• Track case activity and provide administrative and paralegal support to keep litigation matters progressing efficiently.• Demonstrated experience supporting discovery activities in a legal or corporate law environment.• Working knowledge of civil litigation processes, court deadlines, and document handling requirements.• Ability to assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating case materials.• Proficiency with case management software and legal document tracking systems.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a legal setting.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain well-organized records.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
