This is key role within the organization working within a dynamic team environment.Responsibilities: Lead merchandise planning across Outlets, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives by gender, category, and price tierPre- season assortment planning, defining the breadth and depth of the product line to ensure a balanced offering across price points, sizes, and key attributes by doorDeliver actionable insights through weekly recaps, seasonal hindsight reviews, and ad hoc reporting to inform future assortment and category strategies, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure executionAlign closely with Buying to develop product intent (Seasonal vs Replenishment), localized assortments, and pricing/promotional strategies that maximize sales and profitabilityPartner with Channel Planning and Buying to monitor in-season product performance, identify risks and opportunities, and optimize detailed pricing strategies by door to accelerate sell-thru to achieve sales and inventory targetsManage and execute the product lifecycle, including allocation, replenishment, markdowns, RTVs, and exit strategies, to optimize inventory and store-level performanceRequirements: (skills, qualifications, education, etc) 3-5 years' experience working in a planning or buying functionStrong business acumen, financial analysis, technical and creative problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills requiredExperience with both Planning and AllocationStrong organizational skills and excellent communication skills with ability to influence, present and defend a business argument both one-on- one and in a group settingAbility to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and manage through competing prioritiesRules we live by | Rules you live by Be a Good Human - Be original, be authentic.
