We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Dishwasher who is passionate about maintaining a pristine kitchen environment and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. As a vital part of our back-of-house operations, the Dishwasher plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily service by keeping all dishes, premium glassware, utensils, and culinary equipment spotless and organized. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to kitchen excellence. This role is essential in supporting both the culinary and service teams, ensuring overall operational efficiency, and contributing behind the scenes to the elevated atmosphere that defines Lutèce. Responsibilities: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas at all times. Assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper disposal of waste. Sweep, mop, and maintain floors to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Restock kitchen areas with clean equipment and supplies as needed. Assist chefs and cooks with basic prep tasks when required. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen setting preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
