Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionAre you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting a team, managing multiple priorities, and delivering a high level of service? As a Client Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, ensuring accuracy in critical processes, and helping drive a seamless client experience.In this role, you’ll work closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to support both new and existing business. You’ll also have the opportunity to balance your own workload while contributing to larger, more complex accounts, gaining valuable exposure and building expertise along the way.RequirementsWhat You’ll DoAssist Account Managers with new and renewal business, including preparing draft renewal coverage summaries Order loss runs and endorsements, and process policy changes as directed Review carrier-generated documents (policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations) for accuracy and follow up to resolve discrepancies Process certificates of insurance and evidence of property documents Support billing activities, including invoicing endorsements, audits, and cancellations Prepare and distribute policy documents and client communications using established templates Navigate carrier websites and internal systems to input and update account information with a high degree of accuracy Respond to client requests professionally and within expected timeframes Track and follow up on open tasks and process daily workflows, including unrouted attachments and application updates A Day in the LifeYou’ll provide support to the client service team in the billing and processing of new and renewal business while managing your own responsibilities.
