Job DetailsDescriptionReporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead - Night Shift is a key link between the company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal for each Warehouse Lead is to provide support to a fast-paced Warehouse Team. A successful Warehouse Lead will be able to be a contributor to the workflow of the department that oversees the warehouse operations and staff.ResponsibilitiesAssist in Safety and Warehouse Processes trainingMaintain a safe and clean warehouse (Building and Equipment maintenance following safety regulations; trash clean up, facility repairs or equipment repair)Assist in physical laborInstruct, direct and work along with a team assigned by a Warehouse Supervisor while working on any specific warehouse task to meet deadlines (Shipping, Receiving, Maintenance, Quality Control)Communicate with Supervisors—Update on assigned tasks/warehouse associate progress/issues or adjustments when neededTroubleshoot problems associated with daily operations in major warehouse tasks (Receiving, Shipping, Maintenance and Quality Control)An ability to interpret KPIs and guide the team to achieve the goals set forthShift: Monday - Friday/5:00 pm - 2:00 amOur Ideal Warehouse Team Member Will Possesses a friendly and sincere demeanor.
