Resident Experience Manager

Seeking an experienced & motivated Come Join a Great Team!Manage amenities at a luxury residential building in Bushwick Brooklyn! This opportunity requires several years work experience in amenity management or hospitality or property management, or similarYour responsibilities will include:Deliver amazing customer service by having a hospitality-focused, customer-first mindset.Manage residential building luxury amenities, which may include front desk, fitness, swimming pool, package room, events programming, and group fitness class schedules.Select, onboard, and continously coach your amenties team members to exceptional performance. Ensure your team provides high-touch, seamless support to residents. Utilize and market the company's app technology to increase customer awareness, usage of our programs, events, and ancillary sales. Drive growth and retention of amenity memberships, and promote and sell fitness packages, event tickets, and services on the app.Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to according to law.Be the face of URBN Playground for all resident and client questions, concerns and needs.Your role is crucial not only in enhancing the lives of the customers within the property, but in improving the attractiveness and value of the property and/or membership packages offered by the property.SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:A drive for proactive hospitality and a committment to going above-and-beyondSeveral years work experience in amenity management or hospitality or property management, or similarPrior experience in successfully managing people and work schedulesExperience supervising fitness and/or swimming pool operationsA college degree, or equivalent related work experienceAbility to work flexible hours is required, including days and eveneings, and one Sat/Sun shift is required weekly. A great sense of humor and sense of fun!BROWNIE POINTS:Ability to obtain Lifeguard and CPR certifications within three months of employmentPrior experience in marketing or sales-related jobsPool operator experience and certificationFamiliar with property manager softwareFitness certifications Additional language skills Starting salary of $75-80k annually, based on experience, PLUS full health benefits packages, paid time off, paid sick time, commuter benefits, and more!
