Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Software Sales Leader
OverviewAs a Senior Account Executive, you will identify and cultivate new business opportunities and close deals across a broad market. The role involves strategic prospecting and proactive outreach, building strong customer relationships, and is expected to consistently exceed sales targets and drive increased revenue to establish Teletrac Navman as the preferred platform.ResponsibilitiesFind, develop and close business opportunities.Identify and prioritize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.Identify leads by following up on marketing targeted customers and outbound calling.Engage target leads in conversations to determine their needs and assess if they are a qualified lead.Develop customized sales strategies for accounts using account-based marketing techniques.Define and execute sales plans to meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.Develop and manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Learn and apply tools and principles of the Vontier Business System (VBS).Keep accurate and current records in Salesforce.com.Achieve annual revenue quotas.QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent required.7+ years of Enterprise software sales, technical sales and market experience.Proven track record of self-generated leads, closing deals and exceeding targets.Strong presentation skills with the ability lead to demonstrations.Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, and Chorus.Relationships with vertical associations is a plus.Candidate must be highly self-motivated, results driven with excellent time management skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.Excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better.Skilled at developing collaborative relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.Up to 25% domestic travel as required.Compensation & BenefitsThe base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors including relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.For this role, you may be eligible to participate in the sales commission plan at a rate of 30% - 50% of the base salary.Organization & Equal OpportunityVontier partners with you and your family on your health and wellness journey.
