Combination Welder

*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Combination Welder to join our fabrication and welding team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks across different materials and projects, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to building high-quality structures, piping systems, and metal assemblies that meet rigorous industry specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your welding skills and mechanical knowledge while supporting our commitment to excellence and safety. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate and assemble components. * Operate hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. * Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and alignment. * Perform rigging, pipe threading, soldering, machining, and assembly tasks as required for project completion. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols in construction site settings. * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring quality standards are upheld according to codes & standards. *Requirements* * Proven construction site experience 2-3 ON SITE EXPERIENCE with a strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols. * Must pass 6G Monster coupon welder test * Industrial setting knowledge and timeline execution demands * Open to travel * Proficiency in Stick welding, TIG welding. * Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence. * Familiarity with using power tools, and rigging equipment. * Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes including ductwork installation, pipe threading, assembly, and machining. * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication work. * Experience working with sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
