You will help grow our market share, attract new dealers and customers, and promote our added value programs at major company events and functions. But it doesn’t end there. You’ll also be responsible for promoting the “Beck’s Experience” while maintaining the integrity of our brand, our family, and everything we stand for.This position will serve the marketing territory of North Central, IL which would primarily focus on McLean County. Technical knowledge:Proficiency with relevant computer and software skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProven sales, negotiation and management skillsAbility to identify and resolve agronomic challengesChauffeur License or equivalent is requiredExperience:Prior experience in management preferredDemonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiativesFive years sales and agronomic experience Physical DemandsAbility to pass DOT physical and obtain Medical Examiner’s Certificate may be requiredMust be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted In an effort to provide a safer, drug-free workplace for employees, all full-time applicants to whom offers of employment are made must submit to a drug test and background check, subject to applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
