Without them, I’d be waiting somewhere, waiting for someone to give me a chance to live...” - Client from Telecare What You Will Do to Change Lives The Director of Organizational, Leadership & Professional Development is responsible for operationalizing and executing enterprise organizational development, leadership, and professional development initiatives in alignment with direction established by the Vice President, Enterprise Learning. This role ensures that enterprise learning and organizational development (OD) priorities are translated into well‑managed programs, scalable processes, leader‑ready tools, and measurable outcomes. The Director oversees the day‑to‑day execution of leadership and professional development programming, performance and succession enablement activities, and engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and sustainability across the organization.The Director serves as a trusted implementation partner to leaders and HR colleagues, applying change management practices, data, and continuous improvement methods to support adoption, reinforce leader behaviors, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This position directly supervises leadership and professional development staff and is accountable for delivery, timelines, and results.Shifts Available: Full-Time | DAYS | Shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Days: Monday – FridayExpected starting wage range is $154,164.25 - $190,462.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fieldTen (10) or more years of progressive experience in organizational development, and leadership development.Including at least seven (7) years of experience in a management capacity, including staff supervision, development and coaching.And a minimum of five (5) years of experience coaching leaders and improving performance.Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives and high‑involvement problem solving.Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.Experience with instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning principles.Minimum of five (5) years facilitating leadership or organizational development programs.Must be at least 18 years of age.All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
