Job Description Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Location: Bradenton, FloridaJob Type: Full-Time / Part-TimeCompensation: $16 – $22 per hour (Based on Experience)About the Opportunity:Our client is a privately owned, luxury 6-bed Assisted Living Home in Bradenton, FL that delivers highly personalized care in an intimate, family-style environment.This is not a high-volume facility. They are seeking someone who shares that heart and commitment.If you are looking for a place you will look forward to coming to work, where relationships matter more than rushing tasks, this is the role for you.Responsibilities:Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Pass medications (Med-Tech certification a plus)Prepare and serve meals according to dietician recommendationsEncourage and engage residents in meaningful activitiesProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain accurate documentationSupport residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of lifeThis role is about more than checking boxes — it's about building relationships.
