Marketing Messaging Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing messaging specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a contract to hire opportunity for a CPG in Pittsburgh, PA. This primarily remote with some days in office. Candidate MUST live in Pennsylvania. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.Responsibilities:Develop daily, weekly, and monthly communication plans aligned with the promotional and launch calendar.Create data-driven segmentation strategies to inform daily communications through personalized content and customer preferences.Comply with all security policies and procedures.Partner with the digital team to assess and optimize the performance of key messaging, channels, and tactics.Lead the planning, development, execution, and optimization of retention-focused marketing campaigns.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com or related software.Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Proactive, self-starter.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize while working on multiple projects.Strong project management skills.Must be able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment under intense deadlines.Detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative team-player.Experience:3+ years of experience in marketing or communicationsEmployment Type: Contract to HireCompensation: $33.00-$38.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
