General Manager Taco John's The General Manager (GM) leads the operation of the Taco John's Chanute, KS restaurant. As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service. Starting annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager/Restaurant Manager is $48,000/ year plus a monthly bonus based off of performance. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Requirements High School diploma or GED. QSR experience required. Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team. Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must have open availability Must be willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to relocate Must be ServSafe certified (or able to obtain certification) Minimum 2 years prior General Manager experience in QSR required Strong leadership, accountability, and operational execution required Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and maintain company standards So-that's us.
