Maintenance Technician

Job Description Rosewood Park Apartments looking for a qualified full time MaintenanceTechnician. The Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and isresponsible for maintaining the property.Responsibilities and Duties:Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancyPerforming basic electrical, plumping, appliance repairs, and general handymanskills.Grounds maintenanceKeeping accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders,inspections and inventoriesPositive interaction with coworkers, residents and vendorsRequired Skills:Must be able to take on-call duty'sHave own toolsReliable transportationHigh School Education or equivalentTraining in some or all of these areas a plus: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, andappliances.Excellent problem solving and customer service skillsMust be self-motivated and willing to take initiative.Minimum two years related experienceAbility to lift 50 poundsBasic knowledge of A/C HeatingPlumbing, Installation of plumbing fixturesLight electrical repairsThis is a full time position with benefits, and paid vacation*Candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and drugscreen.Company DescriptionProperty Management CompanyCompany DescriptionProperty Management Company
