The Customer Service Representatives provides an ongoing positive impression of the company by answering client calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. You will assist our clients by submitting claims to carriers, changing primary care doctors, assisting clients with their questions, and more.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication scripts, prompts, call flows when handling different topicsIdentify customer’s need and clarify informationSeize opportunities to schedule appointments, where applicableKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible mannerLeveraging your computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support.Ability to adapt and respond to different types of charactersAbility to work well in a structured work setting and adhere to a daily scheduleWork closely with Call Center Managers to promptly resolve issuesHandle complaints professionallyMeet personal/team/site qualitative and quantitative targetsAssist customers with finding/changing doctors, and ordering ID cardsAssist insured’s with disputing bills, filing grievances and appealsSet up gym membership programsAssist in submitting initial applications for Medicare and/or Social Security benefitsStrong attention to detail with excellent time management and decision-making skillsPrimary Skills & RequirementsBilingual (Required) - Spanish and English - Strong written and verbal communicationCustomer Service ExperienceEager and willing to learnHave compassion and a strong work ethicHave strong communication skills and computer literacyBenefitsEligible for benefit plans on the 1st of the month following date of hireEligible for our 401K retirement plan the 1st of the month following 30 days of employmentEligible for a total of 12 days of paid personal time offEligible for 11 Company-paid Holidays immediatelyEmployee Referral BonusCompensation: The general pay scale for this open position is $15-$16/hour.
