This position has a 1 day work from home after training.We are seeking an experienced Impound Coordinator who are assigned to actively work with field agents and impound locations to secure units for our clients. This position is responsible for locating bank & finance customers and vehicles subject to repossession nationwide. This is solely an office position and not a remote position.Impound Coordinators review impound accounts for pick up / opposition, and assign vehicles for repossession. Review charges assessed by impound lots and repair shops to ensure compliance with state and local laws.Maintain effective communication with repossession agents, collection and other internal departments. Service inbound calls in accordance with guidelines provided. Properly document all account activity in the system of record. Utilize several internal/external business applications and technology to perform routine line of business of activities Desired SkillsStrong communication skills and assertive phone skills to give clear and concise direction.Experience interacting with business clients via phone/emailStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of websites and protocol involving Impounds and state requirementsCollections, asset recovery or credit experience would be beneficialStrong attention to detailProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applicationsThis is solely an office position and not a remote positionPreferred QualificationsMinimum 1 year Impound related experienceTarget Base Salary $41,600 USDConsistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
