You will play a critical role in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), focusing on building automated testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of our applications. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance practices and a passion for delivering high-quality software.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on testability and quality.Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.Generate test reports and provide insights into the quality of releases.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role in software development.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with building automated testing frameworks and tools.Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and/or LLM (Claude Cowork) for test automation.Experience with performance and security testing.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and testing AI-driven applications.Why Join PraxisPro?Work on cutting-edge AI-driven applications that impact thousands of professionals.Competitive salary, equity options, and benefits package.Opportunity to contribute to the quality and success of a fast-growing AI-driven company.Collaborative, fast-paced team with a focus on innovation and continuous learning.If you're passionate about ensuring software quality and want to work on exciting AI-driven projects, we'd love to hear from you!Salary$95,000 - $135,000 per year
