AI Engineer/ Strategist

We are looking for an AI Engineer/StrategistThis role is for individuals who don’t just understand AI—they know how to apply it to solve real business problems, build scalable solutions, and drive adoption.Responsibilities:Design and build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agents, and modern AI frameworksDevelop and deploy production-grade applications leveraging tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platformsBuild and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrationsDesign and implement agentic workflows, tool-calling systems, and automation frameworksPartner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into technical solutionsEvaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend best-fit solutionsEnsure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems in production environmentsRequirements:4 years of software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar)Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI application development (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architecturesExperience building APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systemsFamiliarity with vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Ability to operate as both a builder and a strategist—comfortable coding and advisingRequired Skills:Builder-first mindset with a bias toward executionCurious, adaptable, and comfortable in a rapidly evolving AI landscapeAble to connect technical solutions to real business outcomesStrong collaborator who can bridge engineering and business teamsPreferred Skills:Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar connector frameworksBackground in building internal AI tools or enterprise AI adoption initiativesExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksExposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, streaming, etc.)Strong communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
