This role supports patients, staff, visitors, and vendors by performing essential non-clinical tasks with professionalism and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Perform floor care including top scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing to achieve a high-gloss finish using specialized equipment. Conduct detailed cleaning of edges, baseboards, doors, and transition strips. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, paper products, and paint. Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed. Perform window washing, carpet cleaning, and light fixture maintenance. Maintain and clean assigned equipment, reporting any repair needs promptly. Adhere to chemical safety protocols and proper use of cleaning tools. Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as required. Demonstrate excellent guest relations through courteous and respectful interactions. Report any safety concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs immediately. Participate in emergency response duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and thorough completion of tasks. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in a related support services or custodial role is advantageous. Work Schedule: Evening shift from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, part-time with approximately 18.5 hours per week. Weekend and holiday rotations may be required.
