Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.ExperienceFourteen (14) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Required skillsExperience with developing software using Python or JavaExperience in creating complex multi-dimensional visualizations that are easy to understand, including options such as cascading, time-shifting, dynamic, and drill downExperience in data modeling, including normalization of data and working with metricsExperience in exploring unique and out-of-the-box visualization techniques and how they can be applied to networksExperience with creating static presentations and static web pagesExperience with developing and maintaining web-based server applications and implementing algorithms that interface with relational databases (DBs) such as MySQL or PostgreSQLExperience with leading small cross functional teamsDesired skillsAbility to work in an ambiguous, fast–paced, highly collaborative, and team–oriented environment and balance long– and short–term taskingsBenefitsErias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
