Wireless Network Engineer - Telecommunications

ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 3 escalation support to the Network Operations Center (NOC), resolving network and service issues.Investigate network outages, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.Update network monitoring systems and generate reports on root cause analysis and chronic issues.Maintain technical support documentation, including Method of Procedure (MOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network systems and applications.Manage and monitor all network change activities across the organization, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.Skills / Must HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in network operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues.Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies.Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance plans.Retirement savings plan with employer matching.Flexible work hours and remote.SalaryUp to $125,000 base salary + benefits and bonusJ-18808-Ljbffr
