Consulting Manager-SaaS Implementation (SAP EAM)
As a Manager in the U.S. practice, you will lead strategic client engagements focused on implementation. You will also drive go-to-market initiatives, support sales cycles, and contribute to business development efforts across key industries such as Construction, Oilfield Services, and Utilities.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery & ImplementationLead full-cycle implementations for U.S.-based enterprise clients.Translate complex business requirements into scalable SaaS solutions.Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.Design equipment/fleet/asset management workflows aligned with client goals.Lead the implementation of solution modules and integrate with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).Business Development & Sales SupportLead & Partner with business development teams to identify and qualify new opportunities.Support proposal development, solution demos, and client presentations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, technology partners, and industry stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.6+ years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS implementations.Proven experience with similar platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, IFS, etc).Strong understanding of equipment, asset, fleet planning, execution, maintenance & service, and billing settlement.Demonstrated experience in business development, sales support, or go-to-market strategy.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred Industry ExperienceConstruction: Fleet and equipment logistics, job site coordination, and asset tracking.Oilfield Services: Field service logistics, rig movement, and compliance-driven transport.Utilities: Outage response logistics, mobile workforce coordination, and infrastructure delivery.Preferred SAP ExperienceHands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) for managing equipment and service orders.Familiarity with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Controlling (CO) modules for logistics and cost tracking.Integration experience with S/4HANA or ECC environments.
