Nurse (Health Care)

Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. RN - Interventional Care Unit FT, Days - No Weekends/No Holidays! 3 x 12-hour shifts The Interventional Care Unit (IVC) is an outpatient telemetry area that provides care for an average of 25-30 patients per day. As a day-shift nurse in the IVC, you will deliver both pre- and post-procedure care for patients undergoing cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary interventions. These procedures include cardiac catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, ablations, TAVRs, and bronchoscopies. This position is scheduled for three 12-hour shifts per week with variable start times.
