Our team of emergency clinicians, board-certified specialists, veterinary technicians, and support professionals work collaboratively to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced referral hospital environment. As Dogwood continues to grow and expand to an additional hospital site in the Atlanta area, we are seeking Assistant Hospital Managers to help support hospital operations, team leadership, and clinical workflow coordination during this exciting period of growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who enjoys being present on the hospital floor, supporting team members, improving workflows, and helping ensure the hospital runs smoothly day to day. The Assistant Hospital Manager will work closely with the Hospital Administrator and medical leadership team to support daily hospital operations, team engagement, and departmental coordination. This role will play a key part in supporting clinical teams, strengthening operational consistency, and helping guide the hospital through an exciting phase of growth and expansion. Assistant Hospital Managers are visible leaders within the hospital, supporting technicians, assistants, and client service teams while helping ensure a positive experience for both patients and team members.Hiring Timeline Dogwood is actively building leadership capacity to support our continued growth.
