In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing booking requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online systemsAccurately enter and update booking information in the reservation systemProvide customers with information about services, availability, pricing, and policiesAssist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requestsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotionsCoordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are metEnsure all reservations are processed efficiently and accuratelyMaintain records and prepare reports as requiredRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, etc., in a timely and professional mannerResolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolutionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsHandle complaints with empathy and professionalismProcess orders, forms, applications, and requests as neededMeet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfactionKey Skills & Competencies:Customer ServiceProblem SolvingConflict ResolutionComputer LiteracyTeam CollaborationDays & Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pmPay Structure: Salary + Commission
