Join a collaborative team that values each member's contributions and dedication.What you will be doing:* Oversee the production of structural test plans with functional teams, guiding processes from design and development through validation and implementation.* Define new structural test methodologies for advanced test features.* Coordinate technical aspects of test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.* Manage relationships with structural test tester providers and fixture houses.What we need to see:* Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields.* 8+ overall years of structural test experience with 3+ years of management experience.* Extensive expertise in structural test methods, programs, and test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.* Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.We offer competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, and we are widely considered one of the technology world's most desirable employers.
