Job DescriptionExciting Hospitalist Opportunity in a Thriving Private Practice!Join a successful private practice as part of the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital serving a metro population of approximately 850K.Position Highlights:Flexible Schedule Options:Choose between a Monday-Friday schedule with 12 weeks off per year, or a standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on/seven days off.Average census of 15 patients per day ensures a manageable workload.Competitive Compensation:Base salary of $275k plus a $20k annual retention bonus and a $20k signing bonus.Optional income through night call (phone only) compensated at $300/night.Partnership Opportunity:Potential for partnership after 2-3 years, with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other group investments.
