We are actively seeking a skilled Medical Oncologist Physician for an exciting 120-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, commencing Jul 6, 2026. This role involves a Monday to Friday clinic schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, a 40-hour work week with no call responsibilities. The Physician will manage 12 to 15 patients daily, focusing on chemotherapy and immunotherapy plans, reviewing labs, adjusting treatments, and discussing comprehensive care plans. Responsibilities and Duties Work in clinic Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (40-hour work week) Clinic ONLY, no call coverage See 12 to 15 patients per day Ensure charts are closed within 72 hours Overtime only if preapproved Manage chemotherapy and immunotherapy plans Review labs and imaging Adjust treatment regimens as needed Discuss prognosis and care plans with patients Coordinate multidisciplinary care Conduct active cancer treatment follow-ups Perform surveillance visits Conduct new patient consults Engage in treatment planning discussions Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Medical Oncology EMR System: Epic Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
