Hands on working with mentally and physically disabled individuals. All individuals are total care. Duties include total care of client (feeding, bathing, changes, medication, etc.). Other activities include helping residents complete their goals and documenting progress made. Staffing ratio is between 1 to 3 and 1 to 5 depending on the level of client care required.Campus style facility, multiple homes on one location, no traveling between locations. All required training is paid for by the facility, including training hours.Job Benefits:All shifts are 12 hours, set schedules. No rotating shifts.
