We are hiring for a Digital Talent Solutions Consultant - Internal Mobility & Talent MarketplaceIn this role, the Digital Talent Solutions Consultant is a hands-on systems and delivery leader responsible for the implementation, optimization, and scaling of the organization's internal talent marketplace and internal mobility capabilities .This role serves as both a systems strategist and execution leader , operating as an individual contributor accountable for the successful rollout and adoption of an internal talent marketplace. The role partners closely with Talent COEs, People Technology, and enterprise integration teams to translate internal mobility strategy into real, usable platform capabilities .Only candidates with deep experience implementing enterprise internal mobility platforms, skills-based talent marketplaces, or opportunity marketplaces will be strongly considered.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities:Internal Mobility Strategy & Platform ArchitectureAssess current-state mobility processes, systems, and data; design future-state internal talent ecosystem capabilitiesTranslate business and Talent COE needs into technical requirements, configuration decisions, and platform capabilitiesServe as a trusted advisor on skills-based talent, opportunity marketplaces, and AI-enabled matchingImplementation & Delivery LeadershipDrive platform configuration, testing strategy, data mapping, cutover planning, and deploymentWork directly in the core platform , not just oversight-this role is hands-on and delivery-orientedPartner with People Tech, HRIS, and enterprise teams to guide integrations, APIs, middleware, and data pipelinesEnsure platform stability, scalability, and readiness for global useReview and manage quality of internal work posted within the marketplaceCross-Functional Stakeholder ManagementServe as the bridge between Talent COEs, HR Technology, People Analytics, and Integration/Data teamsCommunicate clearly with senior Talent and HR leaders on progress, risks, and outcomesInfluence without authority and drive alignment across complex, global stakeholder groupsWhat Success Looks LikeSuccessful, on-time delivery of internal talent marketplace implementations or major enhancementsStable, scalable platform performance with accurate skills and talent dataMeasurable business impact (e.g., improved fill rates, reduced time-to-fill, stronger talent visibility)Strong partnership and credibility with Talent, HR, and Technology leadersTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements:5-8 years of hands-on implementation experience with enterprise Talent technologiesDeep hands-on implementation experience with internal talent marketplacesExperience working directly in the core platform , not just advisory or strategy rolesProven delivery ownership from design through deploymentProven experience delivering internal mobility, talent marketplace, or skills-based platformsStrong delivery leadership with direct involvement in configuration, testing, integrations, and rolloutStrong product thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsA college degree is great but not required.
