This is a no-call opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule in a growing oncology program. The role is primarily outpatient-focused with occasional inpatient consults, providing a balanced and stable work environment. Job Responsibilities Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care Manage 18–20 patients per day Administer and oversee treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy Handle occasional inpatient consults as needed Collaborate with MD, NP, and clinical support staff Utilize Epic EMR with AI-assisted charting Working Hours Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Lunch: 1-hour blocked Call: None Skills Strong expertise in oncology and hematology treatments Experience managing high patient volumes efficiently Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving clinical environment Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Active New York license required (in hand) Minimum 5 years of experience preferred Epic experience required Strong adaptability to work in a growing program
