Marketing Projects & Content Coordinator

Are you a creative, organized, and detail-oriented marketer who loves bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing teams with a mix of hands-on coordination, digital marketing, and design projectsIn this role, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts-managing leads, supporting campaigns, creating content, and helping our brand shine across channels.What You'll Do:Manage and process leads in Salesforce for timely follow-upSupport marketing and sales operations, keeping projects running smoothlyMaintain marketing materials and inventory in our warehouseAssemble promotional kits, mailers, and trade show packagesAssist with social media campaigns—scheduling, tracking, and performance analysisHelp create engaging content: graphics, photography, and video editingSupport production of marketing materials: flyers, catalogs, ads, and trade show assetsCoordinate and assist with product video shoots (planning, filming, editing)Perform website updates, data entry, and other general marketing support tasksWhat We're Looking For:1+ years of marketing or design experience (high school diploma required; some college preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere)Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plusStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsA creative mindset with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented, proactive, and ready to take initiativeWhy You'll Love This Role:This is more than a support role—you'll play a key part in driving marketing projects, helping campaigns come alive, and collaborating with a fun, energetic team.
