Major Accounts HCM Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base within the Major Accounts segment.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the Major Accounts market segmentDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accountsPresent and demonstrate Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to potential clientsCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our servicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clientsMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the companyStay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategyQualifications:5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HCM or payroll servicesExperience selling to Major Accounts and managing complex sales cyclesStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredKnowledge of HCM software solutions is a plus (edited)
