The Brand Ambassador, Craft for Dallas is the on-the-ground authority for the Rémy Cointreau portfolio, responsible for building real brand equity in the on-premise through deep account relationships, smart programming, and clear commercial impact.Brands: Remy Martin Cognacs, Cointreau, The Botanist, Mt. Gay Rums, Bruichladdich, Belle de Brillet and Westland Distillery brands.This position is based in Dallas, TX and reports to the Advocacy Director.Job Responsibilities: Activation Responsibilities: Own a focused account universe of ~50 high-influence on-premise accounts in Dallas, with visibility into key opportunities across Houston and AustinBuild deep, lasting relationships with buyers, operators, bar managers, and bartenders; the kind that earn real placement and real advocacyDrive year-round menu placements and seasonal features across the portfolio, grounded in local market trends and tailored to each accountServe as the primary connection between Rémy Cointreau brands and the Dallas trade community as a trusted resource and not just a vendorBe the market expert: know the Dallas on-premise landscape deeply, identify whitespace early, and act on itIdentify, plan, and execute education moments activations and brand programming that fit the account, not just the brand calendar and always with an eye toward impactExecute KPI’s with target brands in specific accounts that locally identify with each brandGrow brand visibility at the account level through hospitality, education, and consistent presence, showing up where it countsTranslate national brand programs into locally relevant activations by adapting what makes sense and building what doesn’t exist yetRecruit and engage trade for experiential programming and education across all brands in the portfolioCreate market-specific opportunities that build brand love, trade advocacy, and commercial momentum simultaneously Sales Responsibilities:Partner closely with the local distributor (RNDC) and internal RC sales team and show up as a genuine collaborator who makes their job easier and their numbers betterDesign and execute trade and consumer programming that is specific, purposeful, and tied to real commercial outcomesUse strong account relationships and activation to open doors for distribution and close the loop through disciplined follow throughUse sales data to make smart decisions: know where volume is growing, where it isn’t, and why Administrative:Budget ownership - spend strategically, track carefully, and make every dollar accountableWeekly field planning that reflects the right accounts, the right brands, and the right prioritiesRegular recapping through our CRM platform that tell a clear story about what’s working, what’s not, and what’s nextQuarterly business reviews that connect field activity to commercial resultsTimely and accurate expense managementJob Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:5+ years in spirits, hospitality, or beverage advocacy; bartender or operator background strongly preferredYou have an established book of relationships in the Dallas on-premise. Connections in Houston and Austin are a real plusYou’re comfortable with commercial accountability. You know how to connect what you do in market to what moves on the shelf, and you’re willing to ask for the businessYou’re a confident, engaging public speaker. Leading tastings, hosting trade events, and educating a room come naturallyYou work well inside a corporate structure and actively support the sales and commercial teams around youYour default is “yes, if…” not “that won’t work”You’re in the field, consistently.
