This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who can keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently while proactively identifying and solving problems. This individual will also help guide team members on the lines while serving as a key point of communication with customers and vendors when needed.Our Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team: $28.00 per hourFull-time hourly position, 40 hours a week Monday - FridayMedical Coverage- Generous company contribution towards medical benefits for employees and dependents401K with 4% company match Paid Holidays/Vacation/ Paid Sick Leave Job DutiesLead and support daily production lines activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and food safety standards are consistently metProvide on-the-floor leadership, helping guide team members, maintain workflow, and ensure accountabilityTroubleshoot issues on the lines and take initiative to resolve problems quickly and effectivelyMonitor equipment performance and help prevent downtimeAssist with packaging, labeling, and product handlingOrganize and manage inventory within the production and warehouse areasCommunicate effectively with customers and vendors regarding production status, issues, and timelines as neededAccurately document processes, issues, and improvements through clear note-takingFollow through on tasks, ensuring completion and continuous improvementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesRequirementsStrong mechanical aptitude and a natural problem-solving mindsetDemonstrated leadership skills or ability to step into a leadership role on the production floorAbility to identify issues, think critically, and implement solutionsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and note-taking skillsProven ability to follow through on tasks and responsibilitiesStrong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers and vendorsUnderstanding of or willingness to learn food safety and quality standardsFlexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with clear communication skillsDemonstrates initiative, reliability, and a strong work ethicCommitment to continuous learning and improvementForklift certifiedAbility to clear a pre-employment background checkIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who leads by example and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.
